I actually didn't know him that well before I visited 'The Way We Live Now'. Apparently he's the guy behind Habitat.. oops! And he's got several restaurants, including Albion which I thought was way overpriced (6 pounds for mint tea?) (but now I know it's all designed by Terence I actually want to go back).
His exhibition was really inspiring, I'm in love with his textile designs, furniture, drawings, basically everything he did in the 50s and 60s.
