British museum has got cool hand dryers

Went to the British museum to see the Grayson Perry exhibition, unfortunately it was already quite late and sold out. So I strolled a bit though the permanent collection and realised how amusing ancient Greek art is. Really like the illustration on their vases as well.

David Hockney at Royal Academy!

So many people queuing outside in the freezing cold, but I would've done the same if we didn't get free tickets, it was amazing and so inspiring. I loved the charcoal drawings and watercolours. But actually I just loved everything. I think the painting below was the most 'famous' piece of the exhibition, in real life it was really mesmerising. I stand there looking for quite a long time. Some man who was standing next to me asked me if the colours were actually popping out of the canvas, or if he was just hallucinating. Hockney got everyone tripping!

Wallace Collection

My favourite painting was The Dead Mouse by L.L. Boilly.
