Review of my first West End play

After laughing really hard at the Cool Hand Luke posters (combination of the name and Marc Warren's attempt to be a cool bloke but actually looking more like a gay cowboy) every time we passed Aldwych theatre, me and a friend decided to actually buy tickets for the play (thank you lastminute.com for cheap tickets).
Besides both expecting a really funny evening, I was also kind of excited to see 'my first London play' in fancy schmancy Aldwych Theatre.
After Covent Garden dinner and some amount of wine we showed up a little too late while the play was already started. At the beginning it was hilarious to see the incarnation of the poster we laughed at so much, but after a while it actually got quite boring because the play itself isn't too excellent (also according to the critics).
I certainly had too high expectation about the whole West End play experience, it's far less glamourous than I expected and not at all worth the money (it was worth our 10 pound last minute experiment ticket though, normally tickets are around 40 I think). Nevertheless, I still want to see a musical. Probably going to see Backbeat in the future (because I have to, it's about the Beatles!)
Here are some blurry pictures and dizzy sketches. On the pictures you see Cool Hand Luke eating 50 eggs, the only moment I remember clearly, because it made no sense.
